Where the data comes from
- State bar directories
- Law firm websites
- Google Business Profiles
- Legal directories
- Data licensed from other data providers
The database holds business contact details only: professional names, titles, firms, business addresses, phones and emails, practice areas and bar identifiers. Records are deduplicated and refreshed monthly.
How records are verified
- Every email address is tested with ZeroBounce and NeverBounce.
- Our team checks attorney details against state bar websites.
- Addresses at catch-all domains are flagged in the email_status column.
- Each delivered file carries its verification date. The last full verification ran on September 10, 2026.
Rules buyers follow
- Email: CAN-SPAM Act
- Accurate sender details and subject lines, identification as an advertisement where required, a valid physical postal address, and a working opt-out honored within 10 business days.
- Calls and texts: Telephone Consumer Protection Act
- Prior express consent for autodialed or prerecorded calls and texts to mobile numbers, plus Do-Not-Call rules where they apply.
- Privacy: US state laws
- California's CCPA and CPRA and similar state laws give people rights over their personal information, including deletion and opt-out requests that buyers must handle.
- Direct mail
- Postal campaigns fall outside CAN-SPAM, but the same opt-out list applies across every channel.
Buying data does not create consent from the people in it. The terms of sale set out these obligations in full.
Uses the license forbids
- Reselling, sharing or publishing the data
- Building a competing contact database
- Consumer reports and eligibility decisions under the Fair Credit Reporting Act
- Contacting attorneys about personal, non-professional matters
- Messages that are misleading, harassing or unlawfully discriminatory
Removals and suppression
Attorneys and law firm staff can have their record deleted with the form on this page or by emailing info@attorneyemaillist.com. We remove records within 2 weeks, and keep the details on a suppression list so they are not delivered again. The privacy notice explains what we hold and why.
Coverage outside the US
The database covers attorneys in the United States only. Lists for the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia are planned, and this page will add the UK GDPR and PECR, Canada's CASL and Australia's Spam Act 2003 when those lists launch.
